Adam Stower

Adam Stower is an author and illustrator, who has collaborated with David Walliams on several of his books for children.

Tony Ross

Tony Ross was born in London in 1938. He went to art school in Liverpool and has since worked as a typographer for design and advertising agencies. His cartoons have appeared in Punch, Town, Time and Tide and the News of the World. His first book Hugo and the Wicked Winter was published in 1972. Tony has since written over 100 books and illustrated over 2000! Two of his creations, Towser and The Little Princess have been turned into TV series.
Tony lives in Wales.

Ross Collins

Ross Collins describes his younger self as looking like a currant bun and being very fond of drawing. He is still fond of drawing and is now an award-winning author and illustrator, but no longer bears any great resemblance to baked goods. His picture book The Elephantom was adapted by the National Theatre. Ross lives in Glasgow.

Faye Hanson

Faye Hanson studied at Cambridge School of Art. She illustrates other people’s books and writes and illustrates her own, too. These include The Wychwood Fairies and Cinderella’s Secret Diary. Faye lives in Harrow.

Lucy Richards

Lucy is originally from Middlesex, she studied at North Wales School of Art & Design at Glyndwr University, and now lives in Devon with her 4 yr old son and fat tabby cat.

After winning an award from Hallmark for her final university show, it didn’t take long for Lucy to establish herself as a much-loved illustrator within children’s books.

She has illustrated texts with Michael Morpurgo and Julia Donaldson, as well as writing and illustrating her own book ‘The Magic Sky’.
